You have the choice of choosing from our main menu or from our Josper oven as described below. We are constantly buying from local businesses and organic farmers, with locally sourced produce.

Notre barbecue Josper fermé combine les fonctions et les saveurs d'un grill à charbon de bois avec unetempérature de cuisson contrôlée du four pour garder tous nos plats juteux et délicieux !

Our enclosed Josper BBQ combines the functions and flavors of a charcoal grill with the controlled cooking temperature of the oven to keep all our dishes juicy and delicious!
