You have the choice of choosing from our main menu or from our Josper oven as described below. We are constantly buying from local businesses and organic farmers, with locally sourced produce.

Our enclosed Josper BBQ combines the functions and flavors of a charcoal grill with the controlled cooking temperature of the oven to keep all our dishes juicy and delicious!
Tout ce qui sort du four Josper BBQ est servi avec un mélange de salade, une vinaigrette aux herbes. Le tout sans de gluten et lactose !
